Your gym started 30 years ago when Warren County was in need of a diversified fitness center. USA Gym has continued to expand to met the needs of every person. From a Women’s only section to a dumbbell rack that goes up to 150lbs. We also strive to meet every ones needs and continue expanding to be have Health/Fitness that fits every type. We have unique areas like an Outdoor Muscle Beach, Spinning Class in a “Studio 54” like setting and Volley/Pickle/Basketball. When our members have a request we try to accommodate and make the change whenever possible. Please come and join the USA Gym family.
